Katherine is highly qualified and has been working with small businesses since 1990 providing all kinds of support including:

  • receptionist/secretarial support,
     
  • estimating and preparing tenders for local authorities and main contractors,
     
  • computerised bookkeeping and payroll,
     
  • training owners and staff at all levels from office juniors to directors and all abilities

for a variety of businesses from an NHS practice, occupational therapists, authors, consultants, to building contractors, fencing contractors and a removal firm. She has also maintained quality assurance systems including completing audits and updating manuals.

She has been teaching IT and Admin in public and private sectors from 1990 until recently when she decided to focus full-time on freelance training. Whilst teaching IT in local colleges she developed all curriculum materials and achieved student exam pass rates of 66 to 100%.
